Ready to build on the basics? This class is designed for dancers who are familiar with fundamental ballet terminology and steps and are ready to deepen their understanding of classical technique.

A confidence-building class designed for dancers with 4–6 months of recent experience. Strengthen your technique, refine your alignment, and deepen your foundations.

Floor Barre | 30 min
A conditioning class designed to improve alignment, stability, and core strength through classical barre exercises performed on the floor. By removing the challenge of standing balance, this method allows you to focus deeply on technique, control, and muscular engagement.
Suitable for all levels, Floor Barre is an excellent complement to ballet training, supporting improved posture, strength, and precision in your dancing.
