Inclusivity policy.

Inclusivity Statement

At Ballet Éternel, inclusivity is a core value.

Our mission is to create a space where adults feel safe, celebrated, and empowered to explore movement at their own pace.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity:

1. Welcoming Every Body (16+)

We embrace dancers of all: sexual orientations, races, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds, body types, sizes, genders and abilities, and levels of experience.

3. Safe & Respectful Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Harassment

  • Discrimination

  • Bullying

  • Body shaming

  • Behaviour that undermines the safety or dignity of others

Any violation may result in removal from class or the studio.

4. Accessibility & Support

  • We strive to accommodate dancers with physical, medical, or sensory needs.

  • Modifications, pacing options, and individual rest breaks are always respected.

  • Students are encouraged to communicate their needs confidentially with instructors.

5. Teaching Philosophy

Our teaching prioritizes:

  • Compassion and patience

  • Consent-based physical corrections

  • Respect for dancers’ boundaries and comfort levels

6. Ongoing Commitment

Inclusivity is an evolving practice.

We welcome feedback, dialogue, and collaboration to ensure our space continues to grow in accessibility, safety, and belonging.
