  • What is a flexipack?

    A Flexi-Pack is a bundle of class credits that gives you flexibility without the commitment of a weekly membership. You can book classes that suit your schedule and use your passes within the validity period.

    Flexi-Packs are ideal if you:

    Can’t attend the same day each week

    Travel or work shifts

  • What is a single class pass?

    A Single Class Pass is a one-off drop-in option.

    This is perfect if you:

    Want to try ballet for the first time

    Are visiting or returning after a long break

    Can’t commit beyond one class

    Please note: Single passes are not transferable and must be used within the stated expiry.

  • What's included in a 10 class pass?

    A 10-Class Pass allows you to attend any 10 eligible adult classes on the timetable.

    Valid for a set period (shown at purchase in Mindbody)

    Can be used across different class levels as long as they are of the same timeframe eg 90 minutes or 60 minutes

    Classes must be booked in advance via the Mindbody app

    No refunds or extensions once activated

  • Are flexi-packs better than memberships?

    Flex-Packs offer freedom; memberships offer consistency and better value per class.

    If you attend weekly or multiple times per week, a membership may suit you better.
    If your schedule varies, Flex-Packs are a beautiful in-between.

  • How long are passes valid for?

    Each pass type has a specific validity period, which is clearly displayed in Mindbody at the time of purchase.
    Unused classes expire after this period and cannot be carried over.

  • How do I reschedule?

    Rescheduling is easy through our app, up to 8 hours before the class. Late cancellations will result in the loss of the credit.

  • Can I share my pass with someone else?

    No. All class passes and Flex-Packs are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.

  • What happens if I can't attend a booked class?

    Our standard cancellation policy applies:

    Cancel within the allowed window of 8 hours to retain your class credit.

    Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class credit being deducted

  • Can I use passes for workshops and special events?

    Regular class passes are for weekly timetable classes only. Workshops, intensives and special events are booked separately unless stated otherwise.

  • How do I purchase passes or book classes?

    All passes can be purchased and booked online through Mindbody. Once purchased, simply log in, choose your class, and reserve your spot.

  • Do class Passes activate immediately?

    Class passes activate on the date of first booking or first use, not the purchase date (unless otherwise specified in Mindbody).

  • Can I upgrade my pass to a membership?

    Yes. If you decide you’d like to attend more regularly, you’re welcome to upgrade to a membership. Any unused value may be applied at the studio’s discretion.

  • Are passes suitable if I'm returning after a long break?

    Absolutely. Many dancers returning after years (or decades) choose a 10-Class Pass to ease back into ballet at their own pace.

  • Can I attend multiple classes using my pass in the same day?

    Yes, as long as the classes are eligible (eg both 90 minute classes) and you have available passes. Therefore you can’t use a 90 minute Flexi-pack for a 60 minute class.

  • Are Single passes and Flexi-packs refundable?

    No. All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable, including unused or partially used passes.

  • What if I get injured or sick?

    Passes are designed for flexibility, but expiry dates still apply. In exceptional circumstances (such as medical issues), please contact the studio directly—support is considered case by case.

  • Can I use my pass on a public holiday?

    Yes, provided the class is running and appears on the timetable. Public holiday schedules may vary.

  • Is there a limit to how many passes I can buy?

    No limit. You’re welcome to purchase multiple passes if that suits your schedule.

  • Do passes guarantee me a spot in class?

    Passes allow you to book classes, but spots are limited. We recommend booking early, especially for popular sessions.

  • Can I waitlist for a class with a pass?

    Yes. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist through Mindbody. Your pass will only be deducted if you are successfully moved into the class.

  • Do Flex-Packs allow access to performance opportunities?

    Performance opportunities and choreography projects generally require an active membership, as they rely on consistent attendance. Passes are designed for technique and casual participation.

  • Are passes suitable during pregnancy?

    Many pregnant dancers use Flex-Packs or single passes to attend gently and intuitively. Please consult your healthcare provider and inform your teacher before class.

  • Will I be treated differently I’m on a pass instead of a membership?

    Not at all. Every dancer is welcomed equally, whether you attend once or every week. Ballet is for everybody — and for life.

  • What happens if a class is cancelled by the studio?

    Your pass will not be affected. If a class is cancelled by us, the class credit remains on your account.

  • Will my class credits roll over if I don't use them?

    No. Unused classes expire on the specified expiry date and cannot be reinstated.
