For dancers who have a solid foundation and are starting to work with more independence. You already know vocabulary, placement, and alignment, but you still benefit from occasional reminders and guided corrections. Combinations are longer and more continuous, but may still be broken down when new coordination is introduced. Focus is on building strength, consistency, stability and confidence.

Ideal for those who enjoy well-structured, flowing combinations that feel rewarding and expressive without being overly demanding. Perfect for intermediate dancers who want to focus on step break down (extensions can be added) or elementary dancers seeking more of a challenge.

The focus is on refining technique and musicality
Increasing stamina, coordination, and control
Preparing for intermediate turns, jumps, and more complex combinations. Connecting movements with flow and confidence
