Enrolment.

Progress in ballet comes from consistency, structure, and support. Regular attendance allows your body to build strength, coordination, and confidence over time, rather than starting from scratch each class.

Growth feels gentle, confidence builds quietly, and ballet becomes part of your life. We work with a limited number of adult students to maintain a consistent and focused training environment. Students commit to a consistent weekly schedule, allowing for continuity, progress, and group cohesion. If this approach resonates, you are welcome to apply.

FAQ

  • What kinds of enrolments do you offer?

We offer a range of auto-debit enrolments including single enrolments (1 class a week), double enrolments (2 classes a week) and unlimited access enrolments.

  • How old do I need to be to enrol?

16 years and over. Dancers under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian, and enrolments for minors must be purchased in-studio.

  • What are the contract lengths?

Beginner enrolment contracts are for 6 weeks. All other contract are for 12 weeks.

  • Do I still need to book classes?

Yes you do. Although the payments are auto debited, you need to book into your classes through the studio schedule. If you are unable to attend, we ask you to still cancel your spot to free it up for others.

  • Can I transfer my contract to another student?

    No. Enrolments are non transferrable.

  • Can I place my enrolment on hold?

No, the enrolment commitment is for a 12 week block. Or a 6 week block if you are in the beginner cohort. Enrolment requires consistency. Absences must be limited and communicated in advance. Pauses are only approved under exceptional circumstances.

  • Are refunds available if I cancel my contract early?

No refunds are offered. This includes change of mind and personal circumstances.

  • What happens to enrolments as a result of public holidays?

If your class falls on a public holiday, a credit will automatically be applied so you don’t miss out.

  • How do auto-debit enrolments work?

We offer 2 auto debit options: upfront and weekly.

    A) Payments are debited automatically on a weekly basic over 12 weeks and the contract auto renews unless you email us at least 7 days prior to the next cycle to request an end.

    B) Alternatively you may select the upfront enrolment option where one single advance payment is debited every 12 weeks. Again, you cancel with 7 days written notice before the next contract cycle.

  • Will I lose access to the booking system if my membership lapses?

Yes. Students who are not enrolled lose access to the booking system. We have a waiting list. Please email us if you are a former member wishing to re-enrol.

  • As an enrolled student, how do I trial a new or different class?

You can attend an assessment for a different type of class by visiting the enrolments link.

  • What if I miss a payment?

It’s your responsibility to ensure that there are enough funds in your nominated account on the scheduled date. Any bank fees that result from a failed or returned payment may be passed on to you. Ballet Éternel may try to process the payment again. After this your membership will be temporarily paused until the outstanding balance is paid in full. An email will be automatically sent to you asking you to rectify the problem. While your enrolment is paused you may not be able to book any classes.
